Here, you’ll find important information about our Stamp Loyalty System, including eligibility, how to collect stamps, and how to redeem your free service. By participating, you agree to these terms, ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all our valued customers. 🚗
Stamp System
1. Eligibility
• Customers are eligible to receive a stamp for every job where £75 or more is spent.
• Stamps are issued per transaction and cannot be combined across multiple visits.
2. Stamp Collection
• Customers must present their MechanicalAde loyalty card at the time of service to receive a stamp.
• Stamps are non-transferable and can only be used by the original cardholder.
3. Free Service Reward
• After collecting five (5) stamps, customers qualify for a free oil and filter change service.
• The free service includes standard oil and a standard oil filter.
• Customers may supply their own oil or request a specific brand at an additional cost.
4. Redemption
• The free service must be redeemed in a single appointment and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
• The loyalty card with five valid stamps must be presented at the time of redemption.
5. General Terms
• MechanicalAde reserves the right to amend or discontinue the stamp system at any time without prior notice.
• Any misuse or fraudulent activity will result in the cancellation of the loyalty card and forfeiture of all stamps.
